"Dear Paul, You recently came out to my residence to take care of a graffiti issue. You and your team did a fantastic job - you made the graffiti vanish! But what I really want to say is that I am deeply moved by your generosity and friendliness. When I called you outside of typical business hours, you returned my call right away. When I learned that you primarily deal with commercial requests, you said not to worry and you delivered. You then offered further support of the same level of generosity should I find myself in this situation again. You said I must have called at the right time, but I don't think character and goodwill is based on timing. I think having a business respond in this manner is not expected, and that alone is worthy of gratitude, acknowledgement, and a 5 star rating.
